REFUND POLICY:
Annual and Monthly Packages are non-cancellable and non-refundable.
In the unique circumstance that your household relocates, or your pup suffers a disability or an unfortunate situation before your savings package expires, you can transfer your package to another pack. There are no refunds.
This rule is also applicable for any pups that are asked to not return based on behavior.
